Located just east of Interstate 85 at Westmoreland Road and Highway 14, the Village at Pelham features a medical office building, an ambulatory surgery center and a one-of-a-kind hospital, opening this fall.

Village HospitalThe Village Hospital will be a landmark for innovation in healthcare building design. The 48-bed facility will include maternity rooms with a C-section suite and nursery, operating rooms, intensive care rooms and an emergency department.

Medical Office BuildingThe medical office building offers comprehensive and convenient medical, diagnostic and treatment services in one location. Community Center
Attend a class in our state-of-the art Community Center where we hold free health and wellness educational programs. The room is also available for use by community and non-profit groups free of charge, and part of commitment to serve our community. It seats 80 and is complete with the latest audiovisual equipment. Health Resource Center
Our Health Resource Center provides individuals with information on health matters through online resources and printed materials. The Community Health Nurse Educator in the center is a registered nurse who can assist in answering health-related questions.
Surgery Center at Pelham
Adjacent to the Village Health Center, the Surgery Center at Pelham is a joint venture between Spartanburg Regional and local physicians. The Surgery Center has four operating rooms and two endoscopy procedure rooms.
Village Marketplace
The Village Marketplace is under development just across Highway 14 from the Village Health Center. The Village Marketplace is currently home to CapitalBank and Brick House Coffee.
