Third Wednesday of each month, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Offered by Carolina’s Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology. This is a comprehensive diabetes education program instructed by Certified Diabetes Educators. You must have a physician referral to participate. Please contact Erica at 864-560-6465 to register and for more information.
