Patient Information Overview

If you have had prior imaging studies for your current concern (x-ray, MRI, CT scans, etc.), please obtain a copy of the study for our physicians to review.

If another physician referred you to our office, a summary of our findings and recommendations will be sent to him or her at the completion of your evaluation. Unless your condition requires our continued care, your primary care physician will carry out the treatment plan.
